Knowledge Base Viewer:   The Knowledge Base Viewer provides a multimedia display facility with powerful navigation and search capabilities enabling users to view and re-use any object in the knowledge base repositories. The Knowledge Base Viewer also provides an authoring facility for assembling and publishing any object in the knowledge base repository.

Project Planner:   The Project Planner provides a project planning facility used to construct project models, estimate and size project plans and assign resources, such as templates, samples and other repository components, to project personnel. It also provides a facility for tracking the progress of action items, such as change requests, service requests, fault reports, etc. The Project Planner also includes a template-driven tool for reporting project status and progress.

Project Workbook:   The Project Workbook provides project personnel with an individual view of project plans, showing task assignments with associated "best-practice" templates and samples obtained from previous project experience; manages work-in-progress deliverables, action items and task requirements; and launches development tools associated with the project.
